I can't remember how to do the WW meal plan. I have lost my way and back at my top weight. Oh goodness, I thought that summer would help me to lose and get in shape.
My online site is messing up too. I post all my food and exercise then go back later in the day and the week has just vanished. I put if back in and then the same thing happens. Kind of discouraged and slightly depressed.
Can you help me?

I see why my food tracker has messed up- I switched to the Original tracker today and this is much better.
YOWKERS! I am kinda lost myself. I keep paying, but I am not really recording my food intake, and although I am not back to square one, I have gained a little. :((
I am thinking about see a therapist to help me lose weight. I need help trying to figure out why I keep gaining.
may i make a suggestion? hypnosis is an option. it takes approximately six sessions with n.l.p. to re-program the subconscious (to eat less, eat healthily, exercise, etc.) google weight loss and hypnosis if this appeals to you. let me know what you think.
Hi Sisters, as you all know, I am attending RFA (Recovering from Food Addiction) meetings and eating from an all new food plan based on the concept that we are addicted to flour, sugar and wheat. I/we eat 3 hearty meals and 1 "metabolic" around 10 pm which consists of one dairy and one fruit. If anyone is at all interested, please let me know. I have lost 15 pounds since 6/12. Love you all,
