Plateau?

I have been laid up with this broken leg for two weeks, doing very little exercise. Even before that event, though, it seems I was not losing any more weight. I eat all the points every day, and get my dairy, oils, eat vegetables by the pound, and yet ... stubborn old body holds on.

Any suggestions?

it's really tough if you are being so good and not seeing results. I am trying to get my points down to where they should be 20 plus the 35. I am out of control- but getting better. Wish I had your willpower. questions: are you drinking enough water? could you be dealing with inflammation, that can pack on the pounds. I know when I broke my ankle I was on an exercising roll and I had to be super patient with myself till it healed (no pun intended).
Can you get a workout tool that will help exercise your arms? When I was in physical therapy with my injured arm they had a super machine that got me to exercise my arms and I was sweating in seconds. if you find anything I wanna know about it.
love

I am drinking at LEAST 64 ounces of water per day, and about 16 ounces of tea, plus about two cups of milk.

I am doing yoga asanas recommended by my teacher, and now I am walking again gradually building up to my old hour a day at a moderate pace.

I hate to spend money to exercise, but that machine sounds marvelous!
